BJJ Beginners

Foundations

Goals:

Build strong foundations, confidence, and safety on the mats.

This class is designed for students with little or no experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Training focuses on fundamental movements, basic positions, essential submissions, and defensive concepts — all taught in a structured and controlled environment.

Students will learn how to train safely, understand the rules, and develop confidence while improving fitness, coordination, and discipline. No previous experience is required.

BJJ Intermediate

All levels class

Goals:

Refine technique, improve strategy, and increase performance.

The Intermediate class is for students who already understand the fundamentals and are ready to expand their technical game. Training includes more complex techniques, transitions, combinations, and positional strategy, along with increased intensity and live sparring.

This level challenges students to improve timing, decision-making, and adaptability, making it ideal for those focused on continuous development and competition preparation.

Submission Grappling

Ladies BJJ

Empowerment, confidence, and self-defense in a supportive environment.​

Designed exclusively for women, this class offers a comfortable and welcoming space to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Training focuses on self-defense, technique, fitness, and confidence-building, welcoming all levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
