This class introduces Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Classes focus on basic movements, balance, listening skills, and teamwork through games and simple techniques. Our goal is to help children develop confidence, respect, and body awareness while enjoying the learning process.
Kids 2
(6-10 yo)
Goals:
Develop focus, discipline, and fundamental Jiu-Jitsu skills.

At this stage, students begin learning structured techniques while still maintaining a playful and engaging atmosphere. Classes emphasize coordination, self-control, and respect for others, helping children grow physically and mentally while building a strong foundation in Jiu-Jitsu.


Teens
(11-14 yo)
Goals:
Build strong technique, confidence, and leadership skills.

This program bridges kids and adult training, focusing on technical development, discipline, and accountability. Students learn more advanced techniques, controlled sparring, and problem-solving skills that translate both on and off the mats. Ideal for teens seeking confidence, structure, and personal growth.
